Kan Çelebi is one of the recorded olive varieties of south-eastern Anatolia.
Characteristics
Nizip menşeili olan bu çeşit de periyodisite gösterir. Verimi yüksek olup meyveleri iri ve yuvarlıktır. Olgunlaşan meyve pembekırmızı renk alır, meyve özsuyu da pembe veya kırmızı renktedir. Yeşil sofralık olarak değerlendirilmekle birlikte pembe olum döneminde hasat edilerek çizikpembe zeytin olarak da işlenebilir.
